Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026.
Information we use
We use the email address and authentication information needed to create and secure your account. Your rider profile includes a public Screen Name and may include an avatar and bio. The app also records verified check-ins and participating locations, physical Tag ownership and collection history, points, leaderboard results, achievements, rally participation, and FIRST RYDE recognition.
What other riders can see
Your email and authentication details are not displayed on your public rider profile. Your public Screen Name, optional avatar and bio, collected Tags, visited or checked-in locations, points, leaderboard participation, achievements, rally history, and FIRST RYDE recognition may be public where those features apply. Choose a Screen Name and profile details you are comfortable sharing.
How we use information
Hyde Ryder Tags uses this information to operate accounts, recover saved claims after sign-in, verify QR activity, prevent duplicate claims, apply check-in cooldowns, maintain permanent collections, calculate points and leaderboards, award achievements, provide rider support, and detect or correct mistakes, abuse, fraud, and attempts to manipulate claims or points.
Service providers
We use service providers needed to run the app, including hosting, authentication, database, and transactional email services. They process the technical and account information needed to provide those services. We do not describe this operational use as selling rider information.
Retention and requests
We retain account, claim, check-in, ownership, point, achievement, security, and rally records as reasonably needed to operate Hyde Ryder Tags, maintain accurate collection history, resolve disputes, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity. To ask about your information or request account deletion, email uniquelypromotions@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, transaction history, legal obligations, or the integrity of claims and rally results.
