Terms of Use

Accounts and responsible use
Use accurate account information, choose an appropriate public Screen Name, and keep your sign-in access secure. Participate only when eligible under the applicable rally or promotion rules. Ride responsibly, follow the law and venue rules, and never scan or use the app while operating a vehicle.
Verified activity and fair play
Do not copy, sell, share, misuse, or manipulate claim QRs; create duplicate or false claims; access another rider’s account; or attempt to manipulate check-ins, points, leaderboards, achievements, or awards. Hyde Ryder Tags may reject or correct erroneous, duplicated, abusive, or fraudulent points, claims, check-ins, ownership records, rankings, and awards. Legitimate support corrections are based on verified activity and authoritative records.
Tags, points, and FIRST RYDE
Physical Tag editions and quantities may be limited, and no particular Tag is guaranteed to remain available. FIRST RYDE recognition is tied to the verified rider and numbered Tag claim and is not transferable in the app. Points, badges, achievements, rankings, and digital collection records have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchases and merchandise
Payments for physical merchandise are handled separately from the Hyde Ryder app, such as through the applicable seller’s payment process or cash transaction. A Hyde Ryder claim QR records fulfilled Tag ownership; it is not a payment method. Refund, replacement, and merchandise questions are handled according to the circumstances and terms of the applicable sale and fulfillment rather than through a general app-wide refund guarantee.
Rallies and promotional awards
Rally scoring, eligibility, dates, tie handling, prizes, and promotional awards follow the published rules for that event. Availability or fulfillment of a physical prize may depend on verification and inventory. Year-round Hyde Ryder participation and time-limited rally scoring are separate.
Availability and changes
Participating locations, business details, schedules, Tag inventory, event information, and app features may change. We work to keep Hyde Ryder Tags accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, mistakes, or delays can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law and contact
